Abstract : 
It is, in general, required for a developer of a data acquisition
software system to have a great deal of knowledge not only in software
but also in hardware to some extent. We have developed a class library
and a framework with which a user can make a data acquisition program
for small size experiments without such kind of knowledge mentioned
above. By using this software system, the user can create objects
prepared in the system  via a user interface which is designed so that
the software knowledge required to the user is minimized. The class
library includes classes for hardware drivers, data storage and program
control as well. This framework is also applicable for data analysis.
