Reception (April 19), coffee breaks, lunches for five days (April 20-24), excursion (April 23) and a conference dinner (April 23).

Participate in the Reception, the excursion and coffee breaks

*If you would like to have lunches and a conference dinner, please purchase the tickets for it.

(Lunches for 5 days: 7,500yen, a conference dinner: 5,000yen)

Method of Registration :

Online registration has already been closed.  On site registration is still possible. Please directly come to the registration desk at the workshop site on19-20/April/2006.

The registration desk at the conference site will be open during the following hours:

• April 19th (Wed) 17:00-19:00

• April 20th (Thu) 8:30-16:30

• April 21st (Fri) 8:30-16:10

• April 22nd (Sat)  8:30-16:10

• April 23rd (Sun) 8:30-16:45

•  April 24th (Mon) 8:30-12:00

Method of Payment :

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB)

Bank transfer :

 We accept credit card payment or bank transfer only. In case you need to pay on site, select bank transfer and write "Pay on arrival by credit card" or "Pay on arrival by cash" in the bank name.

Please note that payment on-site is possible either by Cash (Japanese yen only ) or Credit Card, but, credit card payment is available only on April 19th, 20th and 21st. Those who would like to pay by credit card should complete the payment by April 21st.

Confirmation :

Upon receiving your application and payment, a Confirmation/Receipt, with your registration number will be sent by e-mail. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Conference materials.

Cancellation and Refund Policies :

Cancellation shall be possible only if DIS2006 Registration Office receives written notification. The registration fees will be refunded under the following conditions:

Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund.

All refunds will be made after the Conference.
