Information
We have made block
reservations with two hotels in the city center. Those who wish to stay
at these hotels are encouraged to make a reservation directly with them
via web or by phone. When you make a reservation please write “IWAA08
KEK” in the special request box (Shinonome) or in the comment box
(Okura).
The Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba is a 5 minute walk, and the Hotel
Grand Shinonome a 10 minute walk, from the Tsukuba Center bus and train
stations, which are the destinations of the bus from Narita Airport
(NATTS) and the Tsukuba Express (TX) train line from Tokyo. There is a
department store and other shops in the area.
A workshop bus will be provided between the hotels and KEK.
