1. First visit the KEK User Information page: http://www.kek.jp/uskek/eng/
2. Click [+User Registration] on the left column and select [3. User Registration].
3. Read the terms and click [Agree] on the bottom.
4. All the column with (*) must be filled out to proceed.
   • Below the midpoint, please fill out [Nature of Visit] and [Application] as follows,

5. After [Continue], please confirm the next page and push [Decision].
   • You will receive your user ID and password by e-mail after the User Registration is completed.
   • You are requested to change the password within 48 hours.
   • The following steps are required for all visitors except for those who need no financial support and no KEK dormitory.
6. Please go to the login page: https://ganko1.kek.jp/uskek/ui/UI_00000E.do
7. Enter your [User ID] and [Password], and click [Login].
8. Click [Accommodation Booking and/or Travel Expenses] on the left column and select [1. Making an Accommodation Booking ...].
9. On the next page,
   • [Application type]: Please select your application type (i.e., [Only staying (at the KEK dormitory)], [Only traveling expenses (are required)] or both).
   • [Primary purpose of visit to KEK]: Please select [Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, IPNS KEK theory center workshop].
   • [Details]: Please select [KEK-CPWS-HEAP2009].
10. Please fill out the necessary information and reach the [Decision].

5. [確認画面]を押して次のページに行き[確定]してください。
   • ユーザーＩＤとパスワードがメールで送られます。４８時間以内にパスワードを変更してください。
   • 旅費補助もＫＥＫ宿泊施設も必要のない方は以下省略してください。
6. ログインページに行ってください。https://ganko1.kek.jp/uskek/ui/UI_00000J.do
7. [ユーザーＩＤ]と[パスワード]を入れて[ログイン]をクリックしてください。
8. 左欄の[宿泊予約・旅費申請]をクリックして[1. 宿泊予約及び旅費申請]を選んでください。
9. 次のページで以下のようにしてください。
   • [申請種別]: 適当なものを選択してください。(つまり[(ＫＥＫに)宿泊予約]か[旅費申請]かその両方。)
   • [用務]: [研究会 等 素核研 KEK理論センター研究会]を選んでください。
   • [用務詳細(課題番号)]: [KEK-CPWS-HEAP2009]を選んでください。
10. 必要な情報を記入し最後に[確定]してください。
