CONTROL SYSTEM OF LASER FOR PLASMA DIAGNOSTICS

One of problems on creation of a diagnostics complex is system engineering of
management of parameters tunable lasers. At creation of the automatic system of
stabilization of the laser we have tried to achieve from the equipment of
maximum productivity at preservation of simplicity of the circuit. For
achievement of this purpose the universal interface module, developed in our
institute was used. The device is the uniprocessor module, capable to conduct
the obtaining, processing and transfer of the data.
As the gauge the optical wave-length sensing element was used. This element can
be used for determination of absolute wave-length value in calibration rate and
as the deflection of wave-length sensing element when stabilization of
wave-length is carried out.
The sensing element contains Fabri-Pero Interferometer with system of lens and
coordinate sensing fotodiode, mounted on transport platform of line moving in
interference surface. Moving of the sensing element is realized by means of
step driver. In calibration rate the scanning of interference surface is
carried out by fotodiode of sensing element.
