Subject: announcements of Japanese-German Seminar 2010


Dear participants of Japanese-German Seminar 2010,


Thank you for your registration to ``Lattice QCD confronts
experiments,'' Japanese-German Seminar 2010.

We have two announcements:


(1) We local organizers have almost fixed the program
of the seminar.
Please take a look at the program at:

If you find any inconvenience, please inform us
as soon as possible.


(2) The seminar banquet is planned on the evening of 5th
(Fri) at a Japanese style restaurant near the seminar site.
Since the drinks cannot be expensed from the fund,
we would like to collect 1000 JPY per person.

While we assume that you are attending the banquet, in case
you cannot come, please let us know before 18th Oct.

The banquet fee for accompanied person is 5000 JPY each.

If you have accompanied persons, please mail us the total
number of people so that we do not miss the number of
persons for reservation.


We are looking forward to seeing you in Mishima and wishing
your nice trip!
