From Narita airport

1. take JR train from Narita-airport station to Shinjyuku via Narita Express.
   It takes about 1.5 hours.
   
2. take a super express named AZUSA bound for Matsumoto from Shinjyuku station to Matsumoto station.
   It takes about 2.5 or 3 hours.
   
3. take a bus "Shindai-Yokota-Junkansen" at Matsumoto Bus Terminal #1 in front of JR Matsumoto sataion in ESPA.
   It takes about 10 to 15 min to Shinshu University. Get off at Shinshu digaku mae or Daigaku Nishimon, then the conference place is in 1 min from the bus stop at the other side of the road.

From Chubu Nagoya airport

1. take Meitesu train from Chubu-airport to Nagoya JR station. It takes 0.5 to 1 hours.
2. go to JR Nagoya station on foot and take a super express train named SHINANO to bound for Nagano. It takes 2 hous to Matsumoto JR station.
