For the participants of this workshop, a block of rooms are reserved at Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba, until the 31st of Oct., which are located in the central area of Tsukuba city. Actually this home page provides you the reservation for two hotels, "Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba" and "Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal".
"Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba" is adjacent to the "Tsukuba Center" bus terminal, where direct buses from the Narita Airport and from the JR (Japan Railways) Tokyo Station arrive.
"Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal" is about 800 meters south of the bus terminal.
In the case of capacity problem of "Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba", you are booked in "Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal".
A daily shuttle service to KEK will be provided from both of hotels.
