Construction of the Material and Life Science Facility (MLF, Neutron Scattering Facility) in J-PARC triggered us to develop advanced data analysis environment for neutron scattering and meson science. Number of analysis softwares which are specific to each instrument have been developed and used, but they are far from making good use of software resource, systematic approach based on Object-Oriented methodology is needed to develop the framework. Use cases and requirements for experiment of neutron scattering were collected through analysis of the current system. The framework has common and generic analysis functionalities which are extracted from them. Rapid prototype of the framework has been finished, the framework is applied to the analysis of a real experiment data, so as to check the satisfaction of requirements and self-consistency of the system. Setting up data analysis software for some instruments on the framework is well working.
