Abstract : 
GRID is a new technology and needs to be proved in seria of tests. So me
of the such measurements were done during the MONARC studies. The grough
of the power of computing facilities and network capacities was
extermely signifcant to repeat that for new computing techologies. The
measurements described here is an estimation of the usability of new
hardware and software for local environment.
