Abstract : 
We report an flavor tagging algorithm used in measurements of the CP
violation parameter sin 2 phi1 at the Belle experiment.  Using the
algorithm based on the binned Multi-dimensional Likelihood, we achieve
an effective efficiency of 28.8 +- 0.6%.
