Murakami, KEK; H. Yoshidah, M. Nagamatsu, K. Minamimoto, Naruto University of Education; A. Johnson, M. Donszelmann, J. Perl, V. Serbo, M. Turri, SLAC Abstract : This talk will give an overview of the efforts of SLAC, KEK, and Naruto University to create integrated GUI for Geant4, based on JAS3 framework, with ability to interactively: - Edit Geant4 geometry, materials, and physics processes - Control Geant4 execution: pass commands and receive output, control event loop - See AIDA histograms defined in Geant4 - Show events in integrated event display JAS3 is a general-purpose, open-source, data analysis tool. The program uses a highly modular component based framework, which allows it to be customized for a particular problem domain by addition, replacement or removal of modules. The idea is to create a set of JAS3 modules, based on existing interactive tools, like : GAG, Gain, Momo, WIRED event display, etc., that allow to connect to Geant4 server (local or remote) and exchange information, as well as control it.
