If you choose the option "I will let the organizers book my room" in the registration page, then the local organizers will book a room for you in a hotel or in the KEK dormitory.

Hotels in Tsukuba

Urban Hotel is about 2 km away from the KEK Tsukuba campus. We have arranged a shuttle bus service between the hotel and KEK as follows:

Feb. 12: The bus will leave the hotel for KEK at 8:45 am, and will leave KEK at 8pm for the hotel.

Feb. 13: The bus will leave the hotel for KEK at 8:30 am. No direct bus from KEK to the hotel in the evening since there will be a workshop dinner.

Feb. 14: The bus will leave the hotel for KEK at 8:30 am, and will leave KEK at 6:30 pm for the hotel.

On the night of February 13, we will arrange another bus from KEK to the dinner place, and then from the dinner place to the hotel after dinner.
