Registration

Participants are required to complete the registration from the registration page.

The registration will be closed on December 22, 2017 (--> extended to January 8, 2018, but an application for a short talk was closed on December 22, 2017).

 

The participants are asked to select one of two registration packages in the registration form;

• The session participation package (1,000 yen) includes fees for coffee, tea and cookies during coffee breaks, but does NOT include any meals.
• The session participation + meals package (10,000 yen) includes a lunch box on Feb 12, dinner on Feb 12 and workshop dinner on Feb 13. Other meals such as breakfast on Feb 12-14, lunch on Feb 13-14, are available either on campus cafeteria or hotel, thus they are not included in the package.

 

Registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail with information on accommodation.
