The 3rd Circulation for PD09

This is the 3rd announcement;

1. program is fixed, refer to the program on the web.
2. for the speakers,
   talk is supposed to be 20 min and 8 min of discussion time. Talk file should be copied on a presentation computer well before hand your talk. Katsu is responsible to manage the copy. If you do not agree for the opening the talk file on the web page, kindly asked to contact with Katsu.
3. for the poster session presenters,
   the poster session is allocated at 24th 17:00-18;00, prepare your poster at coffee break time, since the place is same. Present your poster during the session time. We prepare 1m x 1.5m space for a poster with number.
4. the PD09 conference itself will be held as scheduled at Shinshu University, although Japan is very much reacting sensitively against influenza.
