Rooms at selected hotels around Sannomiya (三宮, San-no-Miya) area have been reserved and offered at special reduced rates for the convenience of the workshop participants. The rooms are to be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. If your first choice of hotel has no vacancies, you will be assigned a room in a similar class of hotel. To ensure your reservation at special rates, please make your hotel reservation at your earliest convenience.

Hotel Application Deadline
The application deadline for accommodations is Thursday, September 11, 2008.
How to make hotel reservations
To make hotel reservations you are required fill in the registration form (PDF), send it to Kobe University by FAX no later than Thursday, Sep 11, 2008. Registration fee and hotel deposit (pay Yen10,000 per room) will be charged after we confirm your registration. Reservations will not be accepted unless accompanied by this payment. Your deposit will be credited to your hotel bill. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Diners Club).

Cancellation and refund Policy
Please notify Kinki Nippon Tourist in writing if you wish to cancel your reservations. The following restrictions apply to cancellations:
In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting bank charge, commission and the following cancellation fee. Hotel handling charge is not refundable.

Privacy Policy
Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (hereafter “KNT”) will use personal information strictly for the purpose of communication with participants, administration of the workshop and related events, and arrangement and receipt of services provided by transportation and accommodations etc.
KNT will provide personal data of participants to the workshop secretariat, transportation companies and accommodation facilities and others within the scope necessary for the workshop administration and travel arrangements.
