Instructions for oral presenters:
The length of talk should be 17 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion for a 20 minute talk; 25+5 for a 30 minute talk. Speakers are requested to upload their talk file(s) by accessing their contribution on the PIXEL2012 Indico site at https://indico.cern.ch/conferenceTimeTable.py?confId=137337 or by bringing it on a USB stick and uploading it to the conference laptop at least half a day before the scheduled talk time.
Instructions for the poster presenters:
A PIXEL2012 poster should be prepared in A0 (841 x 1189 mm) size in portrait orientation, with the absolute maximum width of 90 cm. All posters shall be posted all-through the conference days (September 3 -7). We prepare an 1-hr each poster session on Tuesday and Thursday. The poster presenters are kindly requested to standby in both sessions for presentation.
