The welcome desk will be set up close to the entrance of Kobayashi
Hall so please contact there first.
Simultaneous interpretation from Japanese to English will be provided
during the ceremony.
If you have difficulty in understanding Japanese, please pick up a
headphone at the desk to hear the simultaneous translations, and return it to
the desk after the ceremony.
Coffee and refreshments will be served in front of Kobayashi Hall
("Foyer") before the ceremony.
The ceremony takes place from 15:00 to 17:00.
After the ceremony, photo session is planned.
