The press conference will start at 13:00 in the Large meeting room of the Administration Building (1st floor). Simultaneous translation from Japanese to English will be provided for the foreign press.
Registration for the ceremony will start 14:30 in front of Kobayashi-Hall of the Kenkyu-honkan. Coffee and refreshments will be served there. The ceremony will start at 15:00. At the end of the ceremony program, we would like to take group photographs.
After the ceremony, we will move to the OKURA Frontier Hotel for the Celebration Party. Bus transportation will be provided.
