Party

The party will be held at the OKURA Frontier Hotel located in Tsukuba Center. The transportation from KEK to the hotel (and from the hotel to KEK as well) will be provided. It takes 20-25 minutes by bus. Most guests will be accommodated at the OKURA Frontier Hotel EPOCHAL, which is about 10 min. walk from the party venue. We are considering the possibility of transportation from the party venue to EPOCHAL.

Name budges are required to enter the party venue. Name budges can be acquired by paying a registration fee at the entrance, for those who have not registered previously. The registration fee for invited guests is exempted.
