Bob Mau

Bob is the Department Head of the Accelerator Division Operations Department at Fermilab. He started working at Fermilab in 1970 and has been in Operations since 1971. He spent one year as a technician in the Linac department, then he became a shift operator, a crew chief, and finally he became the department expert for the external beam lines. He has been the Operations Department Head since 1979. He likes the day-to-day changes and challenges that operating an accelerator brings.
