This session looks at how Operations is involved in maintenance. Are the operators involved hands-on in maintenance activities? Is Operations dealing with maintenance coordination? Who and how is maintenance planned? Who is doing the maintenance: in house support groups, outside contractors, a combination of the two? Did you try more than one approach to maintenance (planned, opportunistic, run it till it dies) before you settled on one method?
