This is the final circular for the International Workshop on
Nuclear Physics at J-PARC (NP@J-PARC).
A near-final program, some travel information are included.

* Scientific Program
We have 4 plenary and 3 x 3 parallel sessions. The program is 
available through the Web page,

* Presentation
In all meeting rooms, LCD projector is available. For computer 
presentations, please prepare your lap-top computer, although 
the organizers will prepare several lap-top computers.
Conventional OHP is not available otherwise you have requested.
For OHP presentation, we will prepare a visual presenter 
(CCD camera) in addition to the LCD projector. We will collect 
your presentation file (PDF or PPT, scanned image).
These files will be opened to the public by Web after the workshop.

* Lunch Box
Since time schedule is very tight, lunch boxes will be prepared
by the organizers. We will prepare some kinds of lunch boxes. 
However you have special reasons such as religion, please ask us 
your request.

* Social Events
-- Registration Desk
Registration desk is opened from 8:30 at the workshop site
on both days. Participants should pay the registration fee
(3,000 JPY) which includes lunch boxes, the refreshment etc... 
and the Dinner fee (6,000 JPY) by CASH at the registration desk.

-- J-PARC Site Tour
Tour bus will start 15:15 on June 1 from the front of RICOTTI.
We will walk in the tunnel of 50GeV-Ring and see
the slow-extracted beamline under construction, 
Hadron Hall building etc...
After the tour, all buses will take you the dinner site.
Those who do not have Japanese nationality are required
to prepare some document (Visit Proposal) prior to the entrance
to J-PARC (JAERI) site. The organizer sent those participants
the form. However, if you have not received the form, please
contact us as soon as possible.


-- Dinner Party 
We have a dinner party at Sannomaru Hotel from 19:00 on June 1.
Enjoy meals and talks with your friends.
  
* Computing Environment
Wireless LAN access points are available for your lap-top connection
at RICOTTI.

* Transportation
The workshop will be held at "Techno Community Square RICOTTI" 
in Tokai Village, where J-PARC is located. RICOTTI is 3 minute 
walk away from  the East Exit of the Tokai Station on 
the Joban[dzou ban] Line of Japan Railways (JR).

Most of the participants are expected to stay at Mito.
Bellow is the time table of local trains from Mito Station
to Tokai Station.

* Currency Exchange
We recommend you to exchange your money in Japanese Yens
at the Currency Exchange counter at the Airport on your arrival.
