A limited number of rooms at three hotels have been reserved
especially for foreign participants from the night of May 31
till the morning of June 3. Hotels are located near the
JR Mito station. The rates below include tax and
10% service charge and don't include breakfast fee.
The organizing committee will arrange the rooms for participants
from abroad, who send us a request form below no later than April 20.
