General Guidelines
- WAO is a Workshop NOT a Conference. This Rule fosters discussion, and interactive sessions. To help keep things Workshop oriented, we limit participation to approximately 150 participants. Due to constraints imposed by the host lab, this number can be reduced as necessary.
- There will be a rotation of the Workshop venue through continents. The current rotation is Americas, Europe, and Asia. As other accelerators come online or gain interest in the workshop, the rotation may be altered by consensus of the IPC.
- The goal is to hold a Workshop every 2 years, but not more than 3 years given that accelerator facility operational schedules vary.
- English is the language to be used for talks, presentations, websites, and proceedings at the workshop.
