KEK Dormitory:
If you wish to stay in the KEK dormitory, please send your request
to bnm2006@bpost.kek.jp after you complete your registration. In your e-mail,
please specify your arrival date and departure date.
(Belle collaborators do not need to send this e-mail and
are requested to follow the usual procedure for reservations).
Since the number of available rooms in the dormitory is limited, we recommend you
finish the registration and send the request for your reservation as soon as possible.
Okura Frontier Hotel:
(access information)
This hotel is conveniently located on the same block as the Tsukuba center
bus terminal. You should make your reservations directly with the hotel.
Special rates will be offered for visitors to KEK.
Urban Hotel:
This hotel is close to KEK (20 min. by foot). A shuttle bus from the hotel
to KEK is also available upon request.
Attendees should make their reservations directly with the hotel.
