| Please note that our meeting at the peak of sightseeing season in Hakone. The car traffic will be highly jammed. We also encourage you to book a hotel early. |
Accommodation

We are keeping the sharing rooms (~4 persons per room, including breakfast) at Yumoto Fujiya Hotel (venue).
You can apply for the sharing rooms through the online registration. We put a priority of the financial support on those who stay at the sharing rooms we are booking. This is because the Fujihara Foundation requires that the participants share the same time as long as possible. You can also book a hotel by yourself. For example, see HERE and HERE. In addition to the Hakone area, there are several economical hotels at Odawara station (the bullet train station to go to Hakone in ~16 min). |
Finacial Support
|
The Fujihara Foundation of Science is supporting this meeting. You can apply for the finacial support through the online registration. We put a priority on those who stay at the sharing rooms we are booking. This is because the Fujihara Foundation requires that the participants share the same time as long as possible. The financial support will be regulated by the rules of KEK. The form of support (whether we can support all or a part of the travel and/or the accommodation) depends on the number of applications. We will announce the result of the selection in mid-September. |
Banquet
|
The banquet will be held on 5 Nov. (2nd night) at Yumoto Fujiya Hotel (venue). |
Lunch box
| We will prepare free lunch boxes for all participants at the venue on 4, 5, 6 Nov. |
Traditional Festival
|
There is a kind of traditional festival on 3 Nov. This event may make the hotel booking difficult on that day. |
