The workshop fee is 5,000 Japanese yen (cash only), which includes coffee/tea, and a farewell lunch on August 31. In addition, we will offer lunchbox for August 28, 29 and 30, which costs 500 JPY each.

Those who are planning to join the workshop and not pre-registered, please submit your information through the link below in your earliest convenience.

Those who have already registered, please also submit your information.

We need to know:

Readiness of your hotel reservation,
Your requests of lunch box on August 28/29/30 (vegetarian food request)
Attendees of a tour to visit J-PARC open house on August 28, and
Attendees of a "expert tour" to the T2K facilities for NBI core members scheduled on August 31.

** If you plan to join the expert tour for the T2K facility on Aug.31, and do not have J-PARC user ID card, we need to prepare your visit proposal two week earlier than the expert tour. It is very helpful if you can complete your pre-registration by August 15.
