Accommodation Information

We have made block reservations with three hotels. Those who wish to stay at these hotels are encouraged to make a reservation directly with them via web or by phone. When you make a reservation please write “LLRF09 Ein the in the comment.

The “Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Eand the “Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal Eare 2 minute and 8 minute walk from the Tsukuba Center bus and train stations, which are the destinations of the bus from Narita Airport (NATTS) and the Tsukuba Express (TX) train line from Tokyo. There is a department store and other shops in the area.
The Urban hotel is located northern part of Tsukuba and it takes about 15 minutes by public transportation.
Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the hotels to KEK.
( These buses are available only to those who stay in Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba, Epochal or Urban Hotel. )
All the rooms are occupied under the policy of “First-come, first-served E
