    Near Tsukuba Center. 20 min to KEK by bus. Get a discount by telling that you are attending the KEK workshop.
  • Urban Hotel
    20-25 min walk to KEK. Get a discount by telling that you are attending the KEK workshop.
  • KEK dormitory
    Apply at the KEK User Registration. You can book 45 days before your stay. The number of rooms with bath and toilet is limited. For rooms without bath and toilet, we have a comfortable public bath/shower/toilet.
  • 自分で宿泊を予約される方は、バンケットの後、江戸家に宿泊することも可能です。
  
We will book the hotels for invited speakers (near the Tsukuba Center).

Internet

To use the wireless LAN, you need to apply for it in advance at the registration page.

Talk Files

We will collect your talk files (ppt or pdf) after presentations to upload on our website. We will not publish a proceeding.

Poster

If we have too many applications, we will prepare poster boards.

Currency Exchange

We recommend you to exchange your money into Japanese Yens at the Airport on your arrival.
