Reception and Conference dinner
- Reception at 18:00-20:00 on Nov. 12 The reception will be held at the restaurant Espoir on the 1st floor of the Tsukuba International Congress Center, from 6 pm to 8 pm, Monday, November 12th, 2018. Light meals and drinks will be served. The registration desk will be open at the reception.
- Conference dinner from 19:00 on Nov. 16 All the participants are invited to the conference dinner to be held at the Hotel Grand Shinonome from 7 pm of Friday, November 16. The Hotel Grand Shinonome is about 10 minute walk from the conference venue. Map to Grand Shinonome
Bus arrangements: We have two buses from the congress center to the Hotel Shinonome. Each bus can take 40 people. We will repeat this bus transportation. If you are young or if you think you are young, you may walk to the Hotel Shinonome. It is about 1 km and it takes 15 min on foot.
After the dinner, one bus goes to the Tsukuba center and the Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal, and this transportation will be repeated. You may also walk to the Tsukuba center area if you like. Another bus goes to KEK.
- Lunches on Nov. 13 and 14 We prepare buffet-style lunches on Nov. 13 and 14 for all the participants in the Multi-Purpose Hall on the 1st floor of the congress center.
Note: (Nov. 15) If you made a reservation for one of the tour courses, you will have a lunch box.
(Nov. 16, 17) We do not prepare lunches, so please find your favorite restaurant nearby. We will distribute a restaurant map.
